Description
We would like to offer the demanding customers a luxury apartment (60m2) with two rooms, located in the City Park complex.
The flat consists of a modern living room (21m2), an open kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and bedroom. It is located in the apartment house on the first floor with the lift and a parking garage.
In the living room you have got a leather settee, television, access to the internet, telephone and entry phone which is connected with the reception.
In the kitchen there are: fridge with freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, hood, electric kettle and the kitchen vessels.
The bedroom is stylish and modern, there is a comfortable double bed with the bedclothes on.
In the bathroom you can find a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with cupboard and washing machine, towels. There is also floor heating.
The wardrobe is situated next to the bedroom and contains shelves and hangers for clothing; there is also a hoover, iron with ironing board and a clothes drier.
The City Park is located in the centre of Poznan, 500 meters from The Poznan International Fair; 5 km from the Ławica airport; 1km from the Railway Station. It is in the quite place.
The building has got a well guarded monitored car park. The doors unlock via a magnetic key.
Very close to the building there are a variety of delicatessens, restaurants, coffee bars, a dry cleaning shop and other conveniences. In the City Park there is a leisure centre which has a swimming pool, 3 saunas and an ice chamber, where the residents and guests have a free access .
Arena, a place with beautiful views and avenues is the perfect place for a stroll. The Palm House and Wilson Park are situated very near to the apartment.
The City Park gained the second prize in all-Poland competition “The Best Building 2007”
